About

He is a graduate of European Studies (2011) and Law (2012) from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. He was involved in obtaining EU funds. For several years he has been providing legal advice to individuals, businesses, and public entities, especially in the areas of civil and administrative law and procedure. In 2016, he passed the bar exam and has been added to the list of legal advisors maintained by the Toruń Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. He has been with the Firm since 2016. He gained experience working with entrepreneurs in the pharmaceutical, construction, real estate development and FMCG industries, as well as the broader manufacturing sector.
Privately, he is passionate about history, historical monuments, cycling and mountain hiking.

Specialization / professional interests

Corporate client department coordinator. His work involves drafting and reviewing commercial and investment agreements, participating in business negotiations, and drafting legal opinions in the broad areas of civil law, business law, competition and consumer protection law and commercial law. Most often he cooperates with the in-house, purchasing, sales and marketing departments. He helps implement the solution developed by the global legal departments of corporations and coordinates the work of legal departments.
