STATE AID LAW
Favouring businesses with public money is prohibited by EU law. Therefore, each entity from the broadly understood public sector, as well as each entrepreneur cooperating or benefiting from support from public funds, should be aware of what state aid law is and how the regulations in this area of law affect it. Lack of this knowledge, and consequently, non-compliance with these regulations may result in serious financial consequences.
The team dealing with the specialization:
We offer:
- Preparation of analyses and legal opinions concerning state aid We offer our Clients the possibility to verify whether in a specific case there is a risk of public aid occurrence.

If it is necessary to notify state aid, we offer you advice both at the stage of proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the European Commission.
