CLOTHING INDUSTRY
Plagiarism in fashion has become a common and tolerated practice. However, we are of the opinion that such actions should not be a rule, but a disgraceful exception. That is why we support brands in the clothing industry against unauthorized imitation. We have been entrusted with fashion law matters by Polish and foreign clothing brands, to whom we provide activities including, among others, protection of designs under copyright law and unfair competition law, as well as industrial property law in the area of trademarks and industrial designs.

- protection of projects under copyright law and unfair competition law, including conducting proceedings in the area of copyright infringement and unfair competition before common courts
- registration of trademarks and industrial designs and protection of industrial property rights before common courts and representation before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and EUIPO
