Since the beginning of our activity, we have been closely following the property development industry and advising its participants. We have been supporting local industry leaders, contractors, and other participants in development projects for years. We also use the knowledge and competences we have gained to provide assistance to institutional or individual investors and buyers of premises, real estate managers, and housing communities. Over the years of cooperation with entrepreneurs from this sector, we have gained a wealth of experience, knowledge, and practical skills to assist in the preparation and safe conduct of development projects.

  • Opinions on the investment and design assumptions of individual projects We examine whether a specific project is consistent with the applicable spatial development conditions, environmental conditions, and other local conditions.
  • Comprehensive advice on transactions of acquisition of entities or real estate for investment purposes. In this respect, we conduct audits and due diligence of real estate and entities disposing of real estate.
  • Legal support of the design process, with particular emphasis on securing all rights to construction design documentation, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to the developer and his services
  • Representation of designers, investors and contractors in administrative and court proceedings concerning development projects, including obtaining the required permits, agreements, and administrative decisions.
  • Legal assistance in preparing and negotiating contracts between entities involved in development activities and projects, including contracts with institutions financing development projects, and developers. We provide legal support and participation in negotiations on the terms of loan agreements and other bank products, in particular agreements on maintaining housing trust accounts for development projects. In addition, we create contracts for investment replacement, contracts for the performance of investment supervision, contracts for construction works, contracts for service and guarantee of investment, and contracts for administrative support for companies carrying out tasks and projects in the field of accounting and finance, administrative services, marketing, legal assistance, etc..
  • Preparation of documentation and agreements necessary for the stage of preparation and sale of premises and facilities We work on templates of offers and booking agreements, preliminary agreements, development agreements, sales agreements of mixed and non-residential premises, agreements on marketing, and advertising services for investments.
  • Procedures and training for sellers and persons responsible for the servicing and warranty of investments
  • Support and comprehensive legal services for the as-built phase, including representation of the developer in all complaint proceedings, disputes with contractors, customers and proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection.
