ENERGY CLUSTERS

As a result of the amendment of the Act on Renewable Energy Sources in June 2016, a formal definition of the term „energy cluster” appeared. The idea of energy clusters is very strongly promoted by the current authorities, by a number of institutions, and is by many perceived as a remedy for the current difficult market situation. From the very beginning of this idea, our Law Firm has been actively involved in the practical implementation of this concept. To this end, we have established a team to support entrepreneurs and local governments in the creation of energy clusters. Currently, we take part in the creation of several clusters, and have as well become a member of the first cluster in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship
