The Law Firm offers comprehensive services in the field of industrial property and competition law, dealing primarily with proceedings to ensure the protection of trademarks, including conducting the registration procedure of trademarks, examination of their registration capacity, trademarks watching service, and representation in court disputes, as well as before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and EUIPO, in the area of infringement of trademark protection rights, opposition proceedings, and trademark invalidation.
