PHARMACEUTICAL LAW
The pharmaceutical industry is marked by innovation and investment in research and development. Pharmaceutical law is an extremely complicated and ambiguous area, causing constant interpretation problems. The number of regulations that companies in this sector have to face every day and the divergence of existing interpretations and interpretations make professional legal assistance necessary. In order to meet the expectations of our Clients, the Office offers a wide range of services related to reimbursement and advertising of medicinal products, clinical trials, procedures related to admission to trading, and the requirements for entrepreneurs dealing with wholesale and retail trade.
We offer:
- participation in the preparation and negotiation of agreements on the supply of pharmaceutical products, distribution and marketing agreements
- aid for obtaining production authorisations and marketing authorisations
- preparing answers to letters and summonses from the authorities of the State Pharmaceutical Inspectorate
- preparing opinions on the compliance of advertising with the provisions of pharmaceutical law, including in particular advice on the creation of advertising campaigns aimed at professionals in the fields of pharmacy and medicine as well as the public sector
- substantive support in designing and introducing legal mechanisms related to parallel import
- handling the process of obtaining permits to operate a pharmacy and a pharmaceutical wholesaler
- preparing complaints against decisions of the authorities, both to the Provincial Administrative Court and to the Supreme Administrative Court
