STATE AID LAW

Favouring businesses with public money is prohibited by EU law. Therefore, each entity from the broadly understood public sector, as well as each entrepreneur cooperating or benefiting from support from public funds, should be aware of what state aid law is and how the regulations in this area of law affect it. Lack of this knowledge, and consequently, non-compliance with these regulations may result in serious financial consequences.
