Attorney-at-law and partner in Ostrowski & Partners Law Firm.
A graduate of the Law Faculty at the Nicolaus Copernicus University. In 2005–2008 she completed judicial training at the Circuit Court in Toruń, passing in 2008 her judicial qualification examination at the Court of Appeals in Gdańsk. In January 2009 she was registered as a professional representative at the Toruń Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. She completed post-graduate studies in the field of Personal Data Protection and Classified Information at the Kozminski University. Since the fourth year of law studies she was working with one of the largest law firms in its Toruń branch and in 2012 she became a partner in the Ostrowski & Partners Law Firm, where she manages HR matters.
Coordinator of Labour and Social Security Law and Personal Data Protection departments, she has extensive experience in business management consultancy regarding staff-related matters in various sectors. On a daily basis, she works with companies’ HR departments providing legal advice in terms of the decision-making process regarding employees.
Experienced negotiator in relations with trade unions, successfully acting on behalf of entrepreneurs in various disputes with employees and social insurance bodies. She has represented her clients in disputes before the Supreme Court that ended up with precedent-setting judgments. Clients appreciate her professionalism and great skills in developing effective legal solutions. Eminent conference speaker.
