Attorney-at-law since 2011 and partner in Ostrowski & Partners Law Firm. Manages expansion of the law firm branch office in Tricity. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration as well as the Centre of European Studies of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He completed Postgraduate Studies in Capital Market Law at the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in Tax Law at the University of Gdańsk. A member of the supervisory boards of public companies, he has a wealth of experience in managing business independently.
An expert in commercial law, deals in particular with capital market law and financial market law. Provides constant legal service to financial industry entities. Participates in the preparation and execution of transactions within the capital market. As professional legal counsel, he was engaged in investment negotiations of capital funds, as well as in the execution of said investments. He takes care of the transformation processes of companies, as well as those related to the restructuring and sale of entities.
