Attorney-at-law since 2003, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in 1998. Provides legal services for entrepreneurs from food, real estate and arm industries. In his professional career he joins extensive experience acquired in the private sector with the knowledge of administrative law he gained providing legal services for local government units. Assures ongoing assistance to clients in the field of contract and commercial law. Apart from his master’s degree, he completed post-graduate studies in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw.

Specialization / professional interests

Specializes in contract law, including contracts negotiation with retail chains. Proposes contract solutions regarding outsourcing of services and provides assessment of solutions that might possibly restrict the competition. Draws up and negotiates lease agreements in the food and real estate industries. He has acquired extensive experience as a representative in civil and administrative proceedings before public administration and courts.
