Attorney-at-law, founder and managing partner of Ostrowski & Partners Law Firm. Born in Kielce, where he graduated from High School no. VI. He obtained a master’s degree in law at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. In 1997 he completed professional legal training at the Toruń Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law and passed his bar exam. He started his professional career in 1993 in government administration. From 1994 he worked with local government authorities in Toruń City Hall, being involved in real estate transactions. In years 1998-2006 attorney-at-law of Toruń City Hall, meanwhile he provided legal advice for cultural institutions and local administration in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. He was acting as a professional representative before common and administrative courts, including the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Tribunal. Since 2007 he has been a partner in law firms with a nationwide presence. In Ostrowski & Partners Law Firm he coordinates the Public Administration Law Department. Apart from professional practice, he is also an author of numerous publications and an eminent lecturer. In his spare time he loves skiing, hiking, cycling, and fishing in arctic water reservoirs. He is passionate about audiobooks and e-books and really into social and political life.

Specialization / professional interests

He handles cases in the field of civil, commercial, and administrative law, with a particular focus on matters regarding local government, construction contracts projects undertaken with the help of EU funds, public-private partnership as well as cases related to real estate and health care. He has acquired significant experience in managing renewable energy sector-specific issues, in particular regarding energetic clusters. In the Law Firm he is responsible for administrative matters.
