Let's talkAdjunct in the Department of Administrative Law of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Master of Law (1995), master’s thesis entitled „Medical Associations – administrative and legal issues”. Since September 1998 a PhD in law with doctoral dissertation on „Supervision over professionals self-government”.
Attorney-at-law since January 1999. In April 2014 was granted post-doctoral degree in law with specialization in administrative law and thesis on: „Legislative activity of professionals self-governments in Poland”.
