Attorney-at-law, registered as a professional representative with the Toruń Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in 2016, after training in the years 2013-2015. He graduated in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He has acquired professional experience working in one of the law offices in Toruń and in legal departments of large business entities. He has been dealing with a wide range of issues related to civil and commercial law, with particular emphasis on banking, insurance, bills of exchange law, consumer protection law, commercial law, and debt recovery. He was involved in various projects aimed at providing legal help free of charge to the most deprived. Passionate about sport, literature and fishing.

Specialization / professional interests

He deals with matters related to corporate and commercial law, participates in the processes of establishing and modeling corporate structures, mergers, divisions and transformations of business entities, capital restructuring related to changes in the composition of partnership, acquisition and disposal of shares, as well as bringing business or its parts as a non-cash contribution to the companies.
