Marta Trzeciak

About

Attorney-at-law. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. In 2013 she defended her master’s thesis at the Department of Public Finance Law under supervision of prof. Bogumił Brzeziński. During and after her studies she gained professional experience in various fields of law in entities such as the State Treasury company, a common court or a law firm, and also by providing advice at the University Legal Clinic. In 2017 she completed legal adviser training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Toruń, passing the bar exam with second best note. She has been working with the Ostrowski & Partners Law Firm since 2013. In her free time she is a passionate enthusiast of skiing, sailing and good music.

Specialization / professional interests

In her practice she focuses on labour and social security related cases. She represents clients in various court disputes. In addition she has experience in Tax Law – including handling tax disputes both at the stage of tax proceedings and administrative court proceedings. She used to deal with debt collection in court and out-of-court proceedings.
