About

A graduate of law at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Assistant in the Department of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University and a former non-tenure track member of the Local Government Appeal Board in Toruń. Laureate of the First Degree Prize of the President of the Supreme Administrative Court in the competition for the best master’s thesis in the field of administrative judiciary, he also took the third place in the competition named after Professor Jan Białocerkiewicz for the best master’s thesis defended at the Faculty of Law and Administration of UMK in the academic year 2018/2019.
During his studies, he was actively involved in students’ activities on behalf of the University, as vice-chairman of the UMK Student Government and chairman of the Legal and Didactic Committee of the Student Government, as well as a member of the University Statute Committee, which drafted the Statute of Nicolaus Copernicus University (2019). In addition, in 2015-2016 Vice President for Academic Activities, and in 2016-2017 Treasurer of the Torun local group of the European Law Students’ Association ELSA Poland.
He has been with Ostrowski and Partners Law Firm since 2021.
In his free time, he is very fond of all kinds of coffee and Yerba Mate, he is also considered as a big radio fan and an enthusiast of hiking and mountain biking.

 

Specialization / professional interests

At the Firm, he deals with the problems of the current activities of the real estate development industry, including the turnover and management of real estate. In addition, the area of professional interests includes administrative law and the law on higher education and science, as well as the procedure of law-making with particular emphasis on the principles of correct legislation.
