From the very beginning, I have been part of the commercial and corporate law team. On a daily basis, I am actively engaged in providing ongoing legal advice to corporate entities as well as clients from the banking sector. I also handle mergers, divisions, and transformations of business entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In my free time, I am passionate about an active lifestyle.
