Also important is the issue of regulations relating to entities that introduce instruments to trading on an organized market, in particular the requirements related to the entry into force of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse.

  • preparation and execution of transactions We have experience in supporting Clients in transactions of purchase and sale of shares or stocks. The Law Firm has participated in several proceedings related to investments in enterprises, both on the part of buyers and sellers. We also have extensive knowledge and experience in conducting comprehensive legal audits of business entities, including partnerships and capital companies. The purpose of the audit is to carry out a comprehensive verification of the compliance of the business entity’s activities with the generally applicable legal regulations and to assess the legal risk of the business.
