About Me

I have been associated with Kancelaria Ostrowski i Wspólnucy since 2013. As an analytical mind, I focus on specific and logical solutions, minimizing theoretical deliberations to what is strictly necessary.

In my free time, I stay as close to nature and as far from civilization as possible. I hold a yacht sailor’s license. Nevertheless, in legal discussions, I always aim for the shore – the solution to the problem.

I am an author of articles for the Labor-atorium Prawa Pracy blog, as well as for the Pracownik Samorządowy monthly and Wspólnota biweekly. I also provide expert opinions for Prawo.pl, Rzeczpospolita.pl, and pulsHR.pl. I conduct training courses– both internal for clients and those open to the public. I have been a speaker several times at the Kuyavian-Pomeranian HR Forum.
