For nearly 10 years, we have been supporting the business community by training entrepreneurs and providing opinions on legal acts. For our pro bono activities, including informing businesses about legal changes during the COVID-19 pandemic, we received the special "Employer of the Year" award. Attorney-at-law Jarosław Ostrowski serves on the Board as Vice President of Employers of Pomerania and Kuyavia, responsible for legal matters.

Business Trends is the largest business conference in the region. From the very beginning, we have participated as speakers and substantive partners.
We have been co-organizing this event annually since 2017 in cooperation with Employers of Pomerania and Kuyavia and Randstad Poland. Among experts in the labor market and law, every year we take “under the microscope” the situation and challenges that the employers face . Every year at the Forum we meet with more than a hundred representatives of HR departments from Pomerania and Kuyavia. We actively participate in university life by organizing student internships and funding awards for the authors of the best master's theses. We are also engaged in academic activities by delivering lectures and presenting papers at scientific conferences.
We actively engage in the professional self-government community. Attorney-at-law Jarosław Ostrowski has been a long-time lecturer at Toruń Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law and served three terms on the Bar's Council. Currently, attorney-at-law Maciej Stefanowski is a Council member. Attorneys-at-Law from our team also serve in self-government bodies and committees.
We are a partner of the Oxford Debate Tournaments on Social and Legal Topics organized by the Court Watch Poland Foundation. As a law firm, we place great emphasis on supporting initiatives that foster critical thinking, engage young talents in discussions on social and legal issues, and promote the development of conversational and debating skills.
It all begins around November when children from Towarzystwo Przyjaciół Dzieci (Children's Friends Society) across Poland write letters to Santa Claus, describing their dream gifts. Out of thousands of such letters, about a hundred reach our Law Firm. With great joy, our employees, friends, family, and acquaintances transform into Santas, doing their best to fulfill a child’s wish, knowing that, in many cases, the gift we prepare is the only one the child will find under the Christmas tree. The initiative began in 2011, thanks to the idea of Izabela Król from UNIQA TU SA, and since 2016, the Management Center in Toruń has been efficiently coordinated by Attorney-at-law Izabela Błaszkiewicz.
